Fort Worth, Texas is definitely a fantastic place to come and celebrate the New Year. As well as some memorable new years eve events to choose from, your time in Fort Worth will be a treasure trove of experiences.

If you are heading to Fort Worth for the NYE celebrations then we recommend taking the time to check out some of the local sights.

Worth seeing in particular are the Modern Art Museum of Forth Worth, Kimbell Art Museum and Fort Worth Museum of Science & History, Fort Worth Botanic Garden and Bass Performance Hall.

For shopping, dining out, visiting museums and checking out some great architecture, make a beeline for Sundance Square, it's Fort Worth's Entertainment district and will keep you occupied for quite some time!

Sundance Square NYE party

There is typically a free NYE Party at Sundance Square, where thousands gather for the countdown and fireworks display, there is usually live music and drinks/champagne available to buy to bring in the new year.

There has been issues with the weather affecting the event in the past, but hopefully this year will go ahead without any snags - it looks like there will be lots of fun to be had this year, although they are keeping details under their hats at the moment! Bass Performance Hall NYE Celebration

(Nothing has been announced for this year - please do check locally in case of any last minute changes) The annual New Years Eve celebration at Bass Performance Hall is a memorable night for those who are looking to start the New Year on a high. We'll have the lineup for this year as soon as possible.

The evening is traditionally finished off with a balloon drop at the end of the performance. If announced, tickets will be available here.

Parties & Events

If you are a fan of country and fancy spending new years eve in a Texas Honky Tonk, then you'll want to grab some tickets for Billy Bob's Texas where there will be live music with Drake Milligan.
